Interview with Kari
Check out this interview with Kari, whose home we recently purchased and remodeled! What she liked most about us was that our contracts were clear and straightforward, we responded quickly, and that we were able to provide proof of funds and anything else she asked for without hesitation.She also mentioned that she really liked the closing attorney we used. They allowed her to close over Zoom, that way she was able to close virtually all the way from Illinois!

If you are in a rush, we also have this shorter interview with Cindy. She especially loved how straightforward we were throughout the entire process. Some other things that made us stand out to her were how quickly we were able to close, how informative our process was, and that there was nothing hidden when we originally gave her our offer. She came to us asking for a quick and simple closing process, and feels that we were definitely able to provide that for her.

Interview with Deborah
The opportunity to work with Deborah through a difficult time was an honor. She notes her surprise at just how smooth and easy the closing process was, including that she didn’t even have to leave her own home for closing. According to her, she was amazed at how professional, supportive, honest, and patient we were throughout the process. We gave her an initial price, and we stuck with it.
